How to install linux mint on oracle virtial box step by step ?

 Hello everyone,

Watch my video tutorial about how to install linux mint on virtual box 

Video

1. Download virtual box from https://www.virtualbox.org/ 
2. Install virtualbox as like some another software click next few times and make it default install 
3. download linux mint ISO file from https://linuxmint.com/edition.php?id=281
4.  Once installation is completed open virtual box Click on new 

    5. Name your os anything you want but make sure type is Linux version is Ubuntu since linux mint is     ubuntu based os

    6. Memory size means RAM specify how much RAM you want to use (as you know 1024MB is             equal to 1GB)

    7. Next create virtual Hard Drive 

    8. File location size means the size of your Hard Disk

    9. Click on setting

    10. from storage click on empty and and add link mint ISO file

    11. You can also double click on linux mint to kickstart

    12. start-up disk must be our ISO file

Press up and down key to mode selection Start Linux mint and press enter 

It will show us preview of our os before installation

Click on install linux mint to start installing

I recommend you to install third party software for time being I am just unchecking that option

If you don't want to lose your data click on something else Create a new partition with label of /

For now I am setting for fresh installation

Set your name and password and keep remember

Wait until installation process complete It may take long time

Once installation is done just restart it

One more thing If you want to make full screen

Go to device menu of virtual box and install guest addition
